  I want to thank the manager and staff of the store for looking after me. I purchased a flex dog leash from the store. I had to return the leash to flexi. Flexi returned the wrong size to me. I returned to the store to see if they would help me out. This store is about customers first, willing to look after my needs. Making customer satisfaction their first concern. The manager looked after me in a remarkable way. I went away a very happy customer and I will continue to support this store. Thank you so much.

  On a recent visit to this location the staff were were unfriendly. They either had no knowledge of the products or did not seem to care.

  I bought my dog a harness, that she was fitted for in store, by the next day and 2 walks later it was ruined I called the store and the girl who answered said to come in and exchange once we get there they took one look and said she chewed it so I couldn't exchange. My dog is only in her harness on car rides and walks but ok. Not impressed so Ill happily take my business and money else where where they actually sell quality products that will last more than a few walks or trips.

  Called them this morning to confirm when someone would be in to clip my dogs nails, they said 1pm. I showed up at 1 and all the kids working there said that the person that clips nails just left with some guy! Sooo that person isn’t working today? Or just comes and goes as they please? It’s a Saturday so I’m assuming the kids are left to run the place on the weekends.. I just hope management sees this review. Very unprofessional and very annoying! I came to town specifically for my dogs nails.
